After sending all the project reports and finalizing them, the project completion request along with the final and summary project report (according to the project planning and control instructions) will be completed by the executor and sent to the Industry Relations Office. The Industrial Relations Office will send the project completion letter to the employer if approved.

At the end of the contract, the employer requests the issuance of an account in correspondence with the Social Security Organization. The experts of the Social Security Organization will review the contract and issue an account.

Note: Some of the conditions that are considered by the experts of the Social Security Organization, Branch 13 of Tehran, for the issuance of a free account, are as follows:

   - Recognizing the contract as being research

- The employer must acknowledge in the letter of Mafasa account that the contract is research and the contract and the place of financing the contract is from the place of the research budget line of that employer.

- From the point of view of the Social Security Organization, because the university is a contractor, its correspondence to obtain an account is ineffective.

The criterion for being a researcher ultimately depends on the discretion of the Social Security Administration, and the Social Security Administration usually considers contracts to be research that has an ISI article, an international book or journal.

 - The legal executor in all contracts is the research assistant that the insurance company asks the employer to introduce the real executor. The employer must nominate the contractor and the faculty members of the university.

- The university, in fact, has a follow-up role from the employer and the social security organization and tries to take the necessary measures to achieve the goal, which is to obtain an account.

The employer sends the account issuance letter to Branch 13 of the Social Security Organization. In order to prevent the disappearance of the employer's letter and follow-up from the Social Security Organization, it is necessary to send a copy of the requested letter to the research deputy for follow-up. After receiving the copy of the letter, the experts of the General Department of Technology and Industry Relations from the experts of the Social Security Organization will follow up on the issuance of the Mafasa account. After reviewing the experts of the Social Security Organization, if the research contract is considered, Mafasa account will be issued without applying the insurance coefficient and the representative of Mafasa University will receive the account. Otherwise, for any reason, the contract insurance is not considered a research, the contract is subject to the social security coefficient, which according to section 14 of Social Security letter is usually up to 16.67% of the total contract amount that the executor must pay the specified amount to the insurance .

Note: If the contract insurance does not consider the research, the university can sue the insurance. In this case, the outcome of the trial will take about 6 months, which may or may not be in the university's favor.

In case of receipt of the account and the consent of the employer, the rest of the project amount will be paid by the employer.
